We offer a driving school course in English for those who do not speak Czech. Our instructors will guide you through theoretical instruction and practical training in English so that you can successfully pass the final test.

Course prerequisites:

• The minimum age for obtaining a driving licence is 18 years.
• You need a medical certificate from a general practitioner, which must not be older than 3 months.
• If you are not a citizen of the Czech Republic, you must prove permanent residence, study or employment in the Czech Republic for at least 185 days before the test date.

The driving school application form and the medical form will be given to you by the instructor. Both documents are in Czech and cannot be translated. However, an instructor who speaks English will be happy to help you fill them out.

The final test consists of a theoretical and practical part. If you want to take the theoretical exam in a language other than Czech, you will need a certified interpreter. You can choose any language for interpreting. You usually take the practical exam with the instructor who taught you, but he/she is not allowed to interpret or otherwise advise you.

The driver's licence is issued by the transport department of the municipality. To be issued after successfully completing the driving school, you must prove permanent or ordinary residence in the Czech Republic for at least 185 days in a calendar year.

At our driving school you can get a driving licence for a car, which is group B. Also for motorcycles and trailers. Because the course in English is much more demanding and requires an individual approach its price is 3500 CZK higher than the normal list price.

Price Group B (car) - Havlíčkův Brod - 21.400 CZK - classic course, which lasts 3-4 months. The fast course within 2 months costs 25.400 CZK.
